WHAT THE ASSOCIATION DOES FOR LAKE OWNERS

As a member of the Association you are a part of the projects to help with environmental protection.  Come be a part of social activities and bring your opinions and concerns about lake issues to the membership. The Association work with the Municipality of Gore to protect Lake Barron.

With membership, you receive BOAT STICKERS and a WELCOME KIT filled with handy Lake Barron information:
How to limit your environmental impact on the lake, managing septic systems, shoreline protection information and  how to control invasive plants.  Learn about safe boating practices used on the lake and emergency preparedness and safety instructions.

As we move forward, building on the foundations that currently exist, we invite you to join our association and get involved!  We need your time, your ideas, your perspective and your initiative.

Joining an association means attending general meetings and exercising your right to vote when necessary. To bring all our members together, we use videoconferencing and in-person meetings. We also bring in guest speakers to discuss topics close to our hearts. It’s an opportunity to discuss these topics, acquire new knowledge and make new friends.

Don’t hesitate to invest in our/your cause. Your contributions, our sales revenues and the municipality’s investments fund our efforts to protect our lake and make it a pleasant place for all.
